"Eight hundred copies of this work were printed at the private press of the editor in 1900-04; nos. 1-125 on Japanese vellum paper; 126-275 on toned linen-made paper; 276-450 on decklededge paper: 451-800 have text only. no. 359." List of subscribers indicates a different manner of issue: "Facsimile and text--Patrons' edition, nos. 1-100 ... Facsimile and text--Library edition, nos. 126-225 ... Facsimile and text--Students' edition, nos. 276-475." Half-title: Llyvyr Taliessin. Vol. IX of the Series of old Welsh texts Introduction (with notes on geographical names in Wales) dated March 20, 1915 Facsimile (on vellum paper) interleaved with text. Pagination includes 2 blank pages, 49-50, the original ms. lacking these 2 pages besides p. 1-2 and "a quire or more" at the end "Taliesin lived between 1105 and 1175, or thereabouts.
