This is a college textbook on explosives. I did at one time had my grandfather's copy and in the margins he put all sorts of notes. It was lost quite a few years ago. This copy is a scanned copy from my elibrary of books. I learned that it was textbook used by MIT. My online friend that attends MIT said it means Mental Institute of the Touched
