On the front pastedown: "Caroli ac Mariae Lacaitae filiorumque. Selham, Sussex"; on the verso of the front flyleaf: "R.G. Tatham, Esq., 1 Montague Place, Poplar, E." Copy 1 is inscribed with Tatham's signature on the verso of the half-title, and is housed in a green cloth box.
