إنتاج التخلّف»؛ والثاني إعادة النظر في موضوع علم الاقتصاد السياسي كعلم
اجتماعي، لأنه العلم الذي استخدم المؤلف أدواته الفكرية في سبيل البحث في
طبيعة الظاهرة والقوانين الحاكمة لها ولتطورها على الصعيد الاجتماعي
