Altisource Portfolio Solutions: Stealing America (Real Estate Investment Trust)
The Nexus between domestic military operations, the Global War on Terror, Wall Street, and the European Finance Industry. How Homeland Security is quietly supporting the international financial securities market by torturing and murdering Americans, and taking their homes. "Since the foreclosure crisis, a handful of private-equity backed real estate companies have purchased over 200,000 single-family rental homes throughout the nation. Originally, these companies planned to hold the properties until the real estate market improved and then sell the homes to individual buyers. However, they soon realized that they could generate higher returns for investors by operating the units as rentals, issuing debt securities backed by the rental incomes, and selling equity securities (stocks) in the global exchanges. As a result, the previously "mom and pop" industry of single-family rental housing is now, for the first time, financialized within the global market and institutionalized by an emerging oligopoly of large-scale rental companies. This research examines the rise of single-family rental housing as an asset class, with a particular focus on the construction, mitigation, and management of 'risk.'" -Abood (2017)"This paper discusses the treatment of Ocwen Financial Corp by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) since 2012 and also examines the actions of private investors. The paper suggests that the CFPB has been overly harsh in its treatment of Ocwen, both measured by the amount of fines and penalties imposed and also because of the impressive record that the company has amassed in terms of helping consumers via loan modifications and permanent principal forgiveness." -Whalen (2017)----Abood, Meredith. However by 2012, a market context of low prices, increasing post-crisis rental demand, and constrained mortgage credit drew large investors to the distressed property market, which had come to represent an opportunity to acquire and rent out repossessed single-family homes (Chang et al., 2011; Gittelsohn, 2012; Molloy and Zarutskie, 2013; Rahmani et al., 2013; Rich, 2012)."]Fields, Desiree, and Manon Vergerio. While debate in this area has focused primarily on making changes to the high corporate tax rate and the taxation of worldwide income in the United States as ways to reverse the inversion problem, less discussion has focused on how the Treasury’s punitive approach via tax regulations can have the effect of encouraging, rather than discouraging, firms to relocate and shift profits overseas. Even considering the recent developments in international tax law under the Organisation for Economic Co-operation (“OECD”) Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“BEPS”) project and recent rulings by the European Commission, which focus on corporate tax avoidance, a corporation can greatly reduce its tax and compliance burden by relocating to a foreign jurisdiction."]----Note:Similar conditions of European colonialism led to the start of WWI "The objective of the assassination Franz Ferdinand was to free Bosnia and Herzegovina of Austria-Hungarian rule; aided by a Serbian nationalist group of military intelligence," whereas Altisource is a Luxembourg based firm. "The world's only remaining sovereign grand duchy and the world's second-richest country, with banking and finance, accounting for the majority of the economic output."United States territories and resources should be under national, not foreign control; particularly disputed indigenous lands seized through genocide. Nor should feudal 'rents' be going outside the country to support foreign Monarchies. U.S. domestic military and police forces should not be used to evict, forcibly displace, or expatriate U.S. persons in the name of foreign Kings.Such acts constitute treason, violate the emoluments clause of the U.S. constitution and are jus bello, particularly where these acts include demographic engineering (ethnic cleansing,) and torture. (OTP-CR-473/19)Such policies of "Globalization" (denationalization/extractivismo) has led to a large faction of U.S. society (popular sovereign movement) calling for the assassination of Joe Biden (incld. other leading Democratic party members,) and riots on the U.S. Capitol building on 6 January 2022, which left 5 dead; particularly since the 1992 election, passage of the Brady Bill, and NAFTA following the collapse of the Soviet Union, which preceeded the OKC bombing.American media regularly colors sovereign movements spurred by foreign ownership of domestic resources, as "conspiracy theories;" and traditional Republicans (which advocate for national sovereignty) as "extremists."The U.S. medical insurance industry (and FLETC,) describes such political opinions as indicative of mental illness, and denies judicial Due Process to these groups, in lieu of administrative psychiatric confinement (TAM) and treatment with reversal-learning antidopaminergic drugs (leaving no public record of these detentions.)A series of European-related 'banking crises' led to the seizure of American properties throughout the 20th century, (to prevent default.) Similar debt-default schemes have been in operation since the General Agreement on Tarrifs and Trade (GATT) came into effect after the signing of the Bretton Woods agreement (in 1947, and 1944 respectively;) notably in countries such as Greece, with foreign seizures (denationalization) of properties occurring under 'Austerity' measures. Studies have shown that these international trade regimes require greater imports (balance of trade,) than exports, requiring the indebted country to sell property (incld. labor) to satisfy debts (Collateralization.) In the U.S. this has manifested as numerous Federal Government 'Shutdowns' and passage of multi-trillion dollar spending bills which both parties refuse to defund. Payments are split between domestic social cleansing operations (Democrats,) and foreign aid packages (Republicans.) Neither party however is representing the sovereign intersts of U.S. persons (cognitive misers), and possess obvious psychopathological traits, (anti-social personality disorders.) Domestic political organization has become impossible under [counterterrorism] doctrines since the 1970's with CIA Office of Security (if not earlier with the HUAC;) operations torturing or assassinating potential opposition leaders.----Also see:[Dirty War (Guerra Sucia)][Real Estate Investment Trust][Housing Crisis (2008)][Lifestyle Real Estate][Urban Growth][Rentier Economy][Vulture Capitalism][Risk Management][Threat Assessment Management][Violence Initiative][Demographic Engineering][Ethnic Cleansing][Belgian investment holding (Люксембург)][Bosch][Project Bravo][Social Cleansing][Energy Security][Carne Energy][Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)][Acquisitions][Indian Institute of Management Bangalore][Marketing management][Strategic management][Development Dimensions International (DDI)][Salarpuria Adonis (Kolar Road)][National Socialism][Institutional Asset Class][Popular Sovereign Movement][Single Family Rental][Communication, Commitment, Results (CCR)][Agilent Technology (Hewlett Packard)][APS Student Caucus (APSSC)][Occupational Therapy Research][Environmental Sciences][Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)][Health Services Research and Development (HSR&D)][ADMATCH (Urban Development)][City of Cambridge Ret.
