This is a collection of ebooks of Daoist (Taoist) scriptures currently available in English translation. Many of the texts – written by Daoist masters and teachers, and sometimes attributed to deities and spirits – are accompanied by introductions, translation and context notes, and occasionally annotations by translators or scholars of Daoism. As a whole, they make up a variety of selections from the Daoist Canon (known as Daozang in Chinese), which is not yet entirely translated and is composed of thousands of texts.
